Just offering an alternative) I read through the Kaplan book and did a bunch of AAMC questions, UEarth questions, and bought some exam kracker’s tests and did the psych/soc questions.Better is subjective. The 300 page one is just more detailed than the 100 page one. Same material, just more concise in the 100pg version. If you're looking for the MOST thorough resource, go to the 300 page one. But if you have time constraints, don't want to get bogged by a ton of extraneous information, etc. the 100 page one is more than fine.
