That casting number is the most common 4" bore block that GM ever made. Depending on your use, the clearance could change. High performance and racing engines usually use clearances a little loose to compensate for higher oil volume and pressures. For a stock rebuild I shoot for between .002 and .003, trying to get right around .0025.
