Jun 11, 2016 · I have a Mahindra 4110, about 9 years old, but not a lot of hours on it. I am just a hobby farm. Recently it started whining and seeming as if the brakes were on when in 4WD. It really raises a fit now when I try to put it into 4WD. It did run very low on hydraulic fluid as it had a leak around the PTO shaft. Engine Troubleshooting Engine starts hard or doesn't start Air in the fuel lines - Bleed the fuel lines. Dirty fuel filter - Change the filter element. Dirty or faulty injection nozzles - If necessary, replace with a new nozzle. Water or dirt in fuel system - Drain, flush, and service the system.
