You must now enter the channel number or select from the full guide. No longer can I use the channel up/down button. We lost the ability to "Add" channels to the favorites.07-24-2011 09:09 PM. Hi, I just got this verizon FiOS service starting from July 15th. The box outside the hosue is beeping and has a red indicator. Red indicator is for changing the battery. I was wondering should I go and open the box and try to change the battery or should I ask verizon to come and fix it. It is just less than 10 days.
